- 30 Organisations attended from the sector
First Bus in Sheffield supports three local foodbanks this Christmas
- First Bus in Sheffield have donated Christmas meals for Church Food Hub, S2 Foodbank and S20 Food bank.
- The food was supplied by Asda in Handsworth who also gifted mince pies towards the donation.
- Sheffield’s Lord Mayor Cllr C Ross was in attendance, along with Clive Betts, MP for the Sheffield South-East.
- First Bus operate several bus routes in these areas.

First Bus donates 125 Christmas meals to New Parks Foodbank in Leicester
- First Bus in Leicester donates 125 Christmas meals for the New Parks Foodbank
- Food was supplied by Sainsbury's Fosse Park and they also donated 125 boxes of Mince pies
- First Bus run regular bus services through New Parks and into the adjoining area of Braunstone Frith

New - service 80 being introduced to the First Bus network linking Killamarsh in North East Derbyshire with Chesterfield
- First Bus announced it has been successful in being awarded a contract by Derbyshire County Council to run a new bus service linking Killamarsh with Chesterfield.
- The First Bus network in South Yorkshire now provides a bus link between the areas of Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham, North east Derbyshire and Chesterfield.
- The new service 80 starts on Sunday 12th May 2024.
