Application Form
If you are interested in joining First, send us your application form, including details of your educational qualifications, other notable achievements and any skills acquired through work experience.
You should also outline:
- What you believe you can offer First,
- What specifically interests you in a career with the company,
- Whether your preference is for a career in bus or rail management and why.
Applications for the next scheme, which commences in September 2010, will be accepted between now and 16th March 2010. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment day in March comprising interviews, tests and group activities. Short listed candidates will then attend a further interview with senior management in April 2010, before final selections are made.
The deadline for applications for the 2010/11 scheme (commencing September 2010) is 16 March 2010.
Applications received after 16 March 2010 can only be accepted for the 2011/12 scheme, which commences in September 2011.
