Application Process
First Stage
Applicants receive a receipt to say we have received their application and we will review all applications against our recruitment criteria.
Second Stage
If they are successful they are asked to attend an assessment centre in March 2010.
Third stage
If candidates are successful they are invited to a final interview at the Institute of Directors, Pall Mall. This lasts approx 1 hour and candidates are interviewed by 3 senior managers from the business.
Fourth Stage
If successful candidates are informed by phone and advised as to which company they will be joining. This is followed up with an offer letter and trainees are expected to start in September 2010.
Applicants are required to undergo a medical examination before training commences. During training, the Company reserves the right to terminate employment at one month's notice if satisfactory progress is not being achieved.
