Within our UK Bus Business we are proud to have a long track record of successfully training and developing our trainees to become excellent managers, many of whom now occupy senior positions throughout our businesses.
Our trainee syllabus utilises practical hands-on experiences combined with technical and academic study and ensures that we equip our trainees with the skills and knowledge they need for their future careers in senior management.
