First Rail Support aims to provide high quality, accurate and timely information about the services that it is running for its customers.

This section links to a website feed from our management information system that will display your stations and show the vehicles, both pre-planned and emergency, that are serving the station. This screen will enable you to monitor the services and provide up to the minute information to passengers.
