Trains Delivery ManagerWorking early / late turns of duty Monday to Saturday plus middle turn Sunday, this post plays a key part in delivering the company's commitment to improved train performance. Trains Delivery Managers are responsible for ensuring effective arrangements are put in place between TOC Control, Network Rail Control Room and Station Staff to minimise delays to train services. They are involved in communicating Control decisions regarding amended working to Traincrew and Station Staff, particularly during times of disruption.
Service Delivery AssistantA service delivery assistant provides a range of station responsibilities including dispatching trains on time, safety of customers on platform, whilst ensuring excellent customer service. This is a safety critical role and they are also responsible for monitoring and responding to issues that may compromise customer safety. To be successful in this role it is essential to pro-actively communicate and liaise with customers, colleagues and other operators.
Sales ClerkDuties include issuing tickets and assisting customers with their travel enquiries.
Gateline AssistantA gateline assistant is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the automatic ticket gates. They provide information, help with customer needs and enquiries, and inspect and issue tickets.
Duty Customer Information ManagerA Duty Customer Information Manager is the customers' information champion and manages the flow of service information from the Customer Information Centre to all internal and external customers.

Depot Service TeamReporting to the Depot Engineer/Engineering Supervisor, they are responsible predominantly for changeovers, but also undertake other bus worker type duties such as bus movements, taking buses through the automatic wash and other non-service driving work.
Warranty CoordinatorThis role involves tracking the details of all warranties on all vehicles; including tracking and chasing requests and ensuring that an appropriate database is maintained. Negotiating and liaising with suppliers to ensure resolution of claims and track any relevant credit notes from suppliers.
