FirstGroup plc, the UK’s largest surface transport operator, has pledged to donate £50,000 to the London Bombings Relief Fund. Chief Executive Moir Lockhead said: “Like everybody we were horrified by the bombings in London last week and we wish to express our condolences to the bereaved and the injured. As a major transport operator in the capital we are proud of the way Londoners reacted and wanted to make a donation to the Fund to help support the victims and their families."
