Boltbus to Launch Service Between Baltimore And New York On May 7

BoltBus, a bus line focused on providing exceptional service, luxury and convenience at an amazingly low price, will launch service between Baltimore and New York on May 7.
Customers in Baltimore can now purchase tickets at Every seat on every schedule is available for $1, plus a booking fee, on May 7-10.

BoltBus offers on-board amenities such as comfortable seats, extra leg room, free Wi-Fi and power outlets. A loyalty program is also available to reward frequent riders with free travel.

“BoltBus offers a travel experience that is unmatched in value, service, convenience, luxury and safety,” said David Hall, general manager, BoltBus. “We will safely deliver our customers to their destinations on time while providing a fun, comfortable atmosphere. This service caters to all travelers including people visiting family and friends, vacationers, business travelers, college students and commuters.”

BoltBus will offer seven daily, round-trip schedules between Baltimore and New York. Additional weekend schedules will be added in this market.    

Customers can board the street-side service in Baltimore near the MARC Baltimore Penn Station 300 feet south of East Lanvale Street on St. Paul Street for non-stop service to New York, near Penn Station at 33rd Street and Seventh Avenue.
BoltBus tickets are available for purchase in advance at or from a driver before boarding. One-way fares start at $1, plus a booking fee. The highest fare will adjust based on market demand. The earlier passengers purchase their tickets, the lower the fare they receive. A ticket purchase guarantees a seat on the selected schedule. Walkup tickets will be purchased at full price. All tickets are nonrefundable.
