Greyhound Relocates In Providence, R.I.
Tuesday 27 October 2009
Greyhound’s Providence, R.I. bus stop will relocate from its permanent site to a temporary location on West Exchange Street from October 31 through November 26 due to a local repaving project. Passengers will still visit the ticketing area at 1 Kennedy Plaza’s Fulton Street entrance for tickets, then travel by foot to West Exchange Street between the Rhode Island Convention Center and Westin Hotel in order to board the buses.
Signs at the terminal will direct passengers to the temporary location. With the temporary relocation, Greyhound recommends passengers allow extra time to travel the six blocks from the ticketing area to meet their buses.
From this location, Greyhound runs approximately 22 daily schedules to some of the area’s most popular destinations, including New York and Boston. The facility is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily. For Greyhound ticket information in Rhode Island, call 401-454-0790.
