Customers in Edinburgh area invited to give their views
Monday 3 November 2008
First ScotRail is inviting customers of rail services in the Edinburgh area to give the company their views at a public meeting on Thursday, 27 November.
The Customer Forum offers an opportunity to talk directly with the senior management team and to hear the company’s plans for improving services.
Mary Grant, First ScotRail’s Managing Director, said: “Customers’ feedback is extremely important to us and vital to delivering consistently high and continually improving standards.
“This meeting will give us an opportunity to hear any concerns and suggestions, take questions from customers and also provides the chance for us to outline our plans for improvements over the coming months.”
The forum will begin at 1830 in The Great Hall at The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh. Light refreshments will be available from 1800.
As space is subject to availability, those wishing to attend are asked to register before Monday, 24 November by calling 0141 335 4391 by emailing us at customerforums@firstgroup.com
