What is JourneyAlert?At First ScotRail, we’re doing everything we can to improve punctuality and reduce delays. But sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve launched JourneyAlert - our new FREE* service where we text or email you if there’s any problems with your train. This complements our existing service, JourneyCheck, where you use the internet, a PDA or a WAP enabled phone to check if there are any disruptions or delays to your service. |
