Edinburgh Waverley - A First Class Lounge with phone and fax facilities is available to First ScotRail customers and is located next to Platforms 11 and 14. The Lounge is open Monday to Friday 0840-2328 and on Sunday 1600-midnight.
Glasgow Queen Street – First Class customers can wait in comfort in The Millennium Hotel, situated right next to the station and overlooking George Square. Just present your ticket to staff and enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or mineral water. You also have access to a fax facility. Available Monday to Friday.
Aberdeen – First Class customers with time to spare can relax at The Station Hotel, just outside the main entrance to the station. Just present your ticket to staff and enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or mineral water. You also have access to a fax facility. Available Monday to Friday.
Inverness – First Class customers can enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or mineral water at The Royal Highland Hotel, right next to the station. Just present your ticket to staff. You also have access to a fax facility. Available Monday to Friday.
First Class tickets are available from staffed stations, rail accredited travel agents or from First ScotRail Telesales, who accept most credit and debit cards. Lines are open 7 days a week between 0800 and 2200. When booking tickets from First ScotRail Telesales please allow 5 working days for your tickets to be posted to you.

First ScotRail’s Caledonian Sleeper service operates overnight trains between London Euston and the main towns and cities in Scotland.
Sleeping cabins are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing night’s sleep: comfortable beds with blankets and fresh cotton sheets; air-conditioning; lighting with bedside controls and a concealed wash basin with shaver point and soft hand towel. All sleeping cabins are non-smoking.
First Class Single Berth Cabins offer a private and peaceful area for a comfortable night’s sleep.
A Host is available to serve you light snacks and drinks from our room service selection and, in the morning, you will be woken with a light breakfast accompanied by tea or coffee and a complimentary newspaper. A toiletry pack is provided.
Sleeper trains have accessible berths and toilet facilities for wheelchair customers. As there is limited availability the berth must be booked at least a full day before you travel. (Minimum 2 days in advance for Fort William service.) All passengers must be able to manoeuvre into and out of the wheelchair unaided or have a travelling companion to assist.
A second bed is available in the cabin, if required for a companion, who is entitled to a 10% discount on the Standard Leisure fares. Manual and powered wheelchairs, up to a width of 67cm (26 ins) and length of 120cm (47 ins) can be accommodated on our Sleeper services. We regret, however, that powered scooters cannot be accommodated.

Dogs are only permitted in Sleeper berths where the owner has exclusive use of the berth and pays £40 per single journey to cover the cost of the extra cleaning of the cabin. Bookings must be made no less than 48 hours in advance. Guide Dogs are conveyed free of charge.
All Caledonian Sleeper services convey a Lounge Car where you can relax in a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy a light snack, a hot or cold drink, or unwind with something stronger from the bar. At busy times, use of the Lounge Car may be restricted to First Class ticket holders. Lounge Car facilities are not available to Seated Sleeper customers.
If you wish to stay in the comfort of your own cabin, you can purchase food and drink from the Lounge Car and take it back to their cabin. A room service facility is available for single berth customers.
Seated Sleeper customers are welcome to use the buffet service which offers a wide range of food and drink that can be enjoyed at your seat.
Secure storage space is available within the seated coach and up to 6 cycles (3 on services from Inverness) may be accommodated. Reservations are compulsory and are available free of charge. Please note that tandem bicycles cannot be accommodated.
