Superstars gives everyone at First UK Bus the opportunity to be recognised for the important part they play in delivering a good service, whether it's the service to a customer or work they have done to help their colleagues and the organisation as a whole.
We want to know who has ‘gone that extra mile’, whether it’s the driver who helped a customer with their luggage, the engineer who worked all weekend to service a vehicle or the service received at your local Travel Shop.
Every month a Superstar from each First Operating Company will be selected. The month's winner will receive £100 High Street store shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers.
We are inviting our customers to nominate any member of our staff with good service. To nominate your Superstar select the 'Customer nomination form' from the left menu.
