If during the course of your journey with us, you see anything untoward, inform the driver.

Combatting Vandalism

One of the most worrying trends in modern society is vandalism on public transport. Not only is this costly, but it can also affect the services we operate if vehicles are out of service for repair. It can also be extremely dangerous.

Graffiti

The smart and modern interior of the First fleet is often tarnished by mindless acts of graffiti and seat damage. Please report all incidents you see.

Stone Throwing

Throwing stones and other missiles at buses may be some people's idea of fun but it can be life threatening. If you witness this, please report it to your local police station, as it is important that these hooligans are caught and prosecuted.

Other

Rollerblades - should be removed before you board.

Bicycles - can not be carried on board unless they fit safely into the luggage rack.

If you spot any suspicious matters while travelling on our buses, please let the driver know, and if you suspect there is a fire on board, let the driver know immediately.

CCTV

First now operate CCTV on some of its fleet to help ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
