Tickets
At your First Travel Centre, we offer customers a full range of tickets from:
- Adult and Child - week, 4 week and 12 week season tickets
- Adult - 6 month and annual tickets
- Students - a full range of discounted tickets are available from one week to a full Academic Term ticket
- Flexible travel with our Carnet (10 journey ticket) or our First Travelcard
- Park & Ride - 4 week season ticket
- Gig n Go - advance tickets for this service are available
Whether you are a regular, occasional or infrequent First bus user, we have a ticket to suit your personal requirements.
Insurance is also available for purchase on some of our longer term season tickets.

Our customers will soon be able to purchase a varied range of other products and services from our Travel Advisors including:

- Stamps
- Passport photographs
- Sweets
- First merchandise
Payment
All major credit/debit cards, switch and cash are accepted as payment for tickets and other goods purchased at the First Travel Centre. The only credit card NOT accepted is American Express.

Our Travel Advisors are fully trained to take bookings for day tours, excursions and events.
