Route 190
Route 190 is the frequent direct bus link between Reading and Bracknell, operating up to every 20 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays. The regular vehicles used on the 190 are fully accessible double-deck buses, providing more space for passengers to enjoy the ride, particularly from the top deck!
Buses operate into the heart of Wokingham and Reading, dropping you right outside the shops and bars. In Bracknell the 190 serves the bus station (adjacent to the railway station) and operates through Western Business Area and Cain Road.
Fares depend on the journey you are making and how often you plan to travel, so please email contact.berkshire@firstgroup.com with your requirements to find out the best prices. If you are travelling between Wokingham and Reading then our unlimited travel '190 4-week' ticket is fantastic value at just £59. It is valid at any time aboard the 190 but not valid between Wokingham (St Annes Hotel) and Bracknell. A weekly ticket is also available at £19. These can both be purchased from the driver and are now much better value since the introduction of our new Sunday service.
More journeys on Monday-Fridays
An extra bus will operate during the morning and evening peaks commencing Monday 10th September 2012. This means buses will depart more frequently at these important times of day, giving a more convenient service for those travelling to and from school or work.
