Concessions
Senior Citizen and Disabled Fares
Anyone aged 60 or over who was born before 6 April 1950 (and any man or woman born after 5 April 1950 who has reached female pensionable age), or the eligible disabled, can enjoy free off-peak travel on any local buses anywhere in England upon presentation of an English National Concessionary Pass. Some local authorities have extended the times when free travel is available in their area. Please confirm arrangements with your local council to avoid disappointment.
Holders of English National Concessionary Passes travel FREE at any time on routes 701 and 702 between Bracknell and Langley. However, they are not valid for free travel to London on Red journeys (i.e. those scheduled to arrive in London before 10:00 on Mondays to Fridays) or from London on journeys departing before 09:30. There are no restrictions at weekends or on Public Holidays. Simply show your pass to the driver as you board (your pass will be recorded on the ticket machine but no ticket will be issued to you).
