In person
Metro's team in their Travel Shop in Bradford Interchange can help with any questions about public transport in West Yorkshire. You can also purchase long distance coach travel there, and if you pop upstairs to the Rail Station you can purchase train tickets.
Over the phone
You can call us on 0845 604 5460 (0830-1630, Monday-Friday) for general enquiries, lost property etc.
But if you need help with bus routes and times call MetroLine on 0113 245 7676 (they're open 0700-2200 every day).
