First strive to achieve high standards and continually improve. As a company we have a thorough training programme for all new drivers with the aim of providing the highest standards of service excellence possible.
Staff training is a continuous process and applied equally to staff in all sections of our company. Drivers are required to undergo further training on an ongoing basis, while we also believe that it is as important for our support staff to be as aware of the customers needs as our drivers and sales staff who are coming into regular contact with customers. Because of this all staff receive the same company induction at the start of their time with us.
The true measure of our excellent partnership with our staff is the number of employees across all departments who gain long service awards, with many at 25, 35 and 40 years service. Annual safe driving awards are also held and include drivers with over 25 and 35 years unblemished records.
