Enjoy the freedom to travel where and when you want anywhere in Bath or our Student West area. It's simple, just buy an annual Student Photocard for £10, choose from Day, Week, Month or Year options and enjoy great discounted bus travel.
Step 1 - Buying a Photocard
To apply for a Photocard, simply click on the application form link in step 2 and take it to along with £10 and a passport-sized photo to Bristol Bus Station or participating schools and colleges. Alternatively send to:

Step 2 - Choose your ticket
Choose the area you want to travel in and how long you want the ticket to last:
- FirstDay: Unlimited travel for the day
- FirstWeek: Unlimited travel for 7 consecutive days
- FirstMonth: Unlimited travel for 31 consecutive days
- FirstYear: Unlimited travel for one calendar year

Where to buy
FirstDay tickets can be bought from the driver. All other tickets can be purchased online, at Bristol Bus Station, from participating schools/colleges or by calling 0845 600 1804.
FirstYear Student West can also be bought in instalments, call 0845 600 1804 or buy online at www.firstforstudents.co.uk
Step 3 - Off you go!
Remember, you need to show your Photocard every time you buy or use discounted tickets.

Some colleges and universities have special discounted ticket arrangements. Please check before purchasing your bus ticket.
Student tickets are not valid on Park and Ride, Night Flyers, Bristol International Flyer and services operated on behalf of third parties or special events.
Please note all tickets purchased are valid for the inclusive dates on the ticket only, this includes bank holidays whether operational or not.
