Ride the Orange - Our bright orange bendy buses are the easiest way to get between Bath Uni, the City Centre and Bath Spa University. There are buses up to every 6 minutes during the day (every 20 minutes for Bath Spa) and they keep going until 3am!
Each University now has dedicated services to look out for:
University of Bath
- Service 18 runs between the University of Bath and Lower Oldfield Park, via the City Centre and Bathwick.
- Service 8 runs between Bath University and Kingsway. The new service runs every 30 minutes from Kingsway to Bath University in the morning peak, and returns from Bath University to Kingsway in the afternoon peak.
Bath Spa University
- SPA1 runs throughout the day between the University and the City Centre via Newbridge Road and Lower Oldfield Park.
- SPA2 services run in the mornings and evenings. These also go between the University and the City Centre however they run an alternative route via Lower Bristol Road to serve the University halls of residence.
Plus we run services all over Bath, and our tickets can be used anywhere.
If you're travelling to or from Bath, it's easy to connect with local bus services, as our brand-new bus station is right next door to Bath Spa Rail Station.
