We continually monitor our progress and because your travel needs are constantly changing, we strive to find new ways of improving our service.

If you feel disappointed with any of your journeys with us please let us know and we will investigate and provide you with a full response. We aim to respond to all queries within 10 working days, however depending on the complexity of your complaint and if we have needed to contact you for further information this may take longer.
