Gussy Alamein Takes Part in First Mini-Monster Challenge

Gussy Alamein, Revenue and Marketing Manager for First East England , took part in the First Mini-Monster Challenge at Philips Park, Manchester on Sunday 28 June 2009.

First Mini-Monster Challenges are a series of events across Britain aimed at getting families and groups of friends together to enjoy a sporting day out and help raise money for First Groups charity partner " Save The Children.

The event saw Gussy tackle a 3 KM run/walk around Philips Park in the centre of Manchester and he hopes to raise almost £200.00 for Save The Children.


Says Gussy Alamein:

"I feel privileged to have taken part in the event " as Firsts charity partner, Save The Children does an incredible amount of good work in alleviating child poverty. Hopefully, my modest contribution will assist in their work even further.'
