If you have lost any property on board one of our buses please contact our customer service team in one of the following ways:

Opening hours Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30 hrs (except public holidays).
Please note that it can take several days from the initial loss to the item arriving at the
Lost Property Office.
Photographic identification will be required on collection of the item.
Lost property is held for 28 days from the date of its loss.
