Welcome to our Travel Shops in Chelmsford and Colchester where our friendly staff can offer you a range of travel services.
We can advise on which First bus you need to catch to your destination and the best ticket to get you there. You can also purchase First bus tickets including tickets for our Stansted Airport Services.
We are agents for National Express and through them offer:

Please note that for all First bus tickets bought at Travel Shops/Agents the purchaser is required to have a FirstCard photocard. These can be issued free of charge at travel shops/agents but a passport sized photo is required. The photocard does not have to be renewed each time the bus ticket is renewed.
