Passengers First
All of our new buses have been designed with the passenger in mind- with the intention of making their journey as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. First see themselves as being an inclusive public transport operator, doing their utmost not to discriminate against any section of the public who may want to travel with us. Our new buses are fitted with a 'kneeling' mechanism that enables the driver to lower the passenger door closer to the pavement level. This allows easier boarding for the elderly, disabled passengers, or those with buggies, luggage, etc. Other factors such as easy access, modern interiors, improved heating, double-glazing and CCTV cameras have all contributed to a service that is more comfortable, safe and enjoyable for all our customers- justifying our claim as one of the premier operators in the country.
