Concessions
Free travel for Concessionary Pass holders
People aged over 60 and people who are disabled are entitled to free travel on local bus services at off-peak times in England, on production of a valid Concessionary travel pass. Local Authorities are responsible for the scheme, and issue Concessionary passes.
