Lost property can take up to seven days from its loss to arriving at the Lost Property Office.
If you have lost a mobile phone, you will need either the SIM or IMEI number (obtainable from your airtime provider) before making your enquiry.
All enquiries are searched for twenty-one days. If your property is not recovered after this time, you will be notified.
Lost property is held for three calendar months from the date of its loss.
A fee will be charged when property is reclaimed.
