The Racecourse
Town Centre Park, which was originally a racecourse but was abandoned after a serious of accidents around the late 18th Century.

Hunsbury Hill Country Park
This is the site of an Iron Age Hill Fort and Northampton Ironstone Railway Museum. The Ironstone quarry was in use here in the 1930's

Delapre Park
At the heart of the park stands Delapre Abbey, built on the site of a 12th Century convert. The Abbey became a private house in 1538 until the end of the Second World War when it was bought by the local authority.
