How to use our Ticket Machines
Our ticket machines are fitted to our entire fleet of buses for you to process payment for travel.
They are fitted with smartcard technology and read cards with a microchip such as concessionary travel card. They require customers to place the card on top of the ticket machine 'on the reader pad' this will activate a ticket issue.
Our ticket machines accept national entitlement cards for older and disabled customers.
Your step-by-step guide to using our ticket machines
Upon boarding the bus simply place your national entitlement card on top of the ticket machine 'on the reader pad'.
The driver will then issue your ticket. Please take the ticket from the machine and keep it with you for the rest of your journey.
