Terms and Conditions

1. The main 1st prize will be 1 year’s free bus travel with First in the Chester & Wirral area or £500 of high street vouchers, and the main 2nd prize will be £100 worth of high street vouchers.
2. Six weekly prizes will be drawn between the promotion period where for each week the 1st prize will comprise 1 month’s free bus travel with First in the Chester & Wirral area or £30 high street vouchers and the 2nd prize will comprise 1 weeks’ free bus travel with First in the Chester & Wirral area or £15 high street vouchers.
3. The winners will be chosen at random in front of an independent witness.
4. The closing date for each weeks’ draw is midnight on 18, 25 April, 2 ,9 16, 23 and 30 May 2008. The draw will be held within 48 hours of each closing date.
5. The winner will be notified by phone, email or by post within 7 days of each draw date. All attempts will be made to contact the winner. If contact cannot be made using the details supplied the prize may be redrawn or withdrawn at the discretion of the promoter.
6. The competition is open to customers who have purchased a valid return ticket between 12 April and 30 May 2008 for any of the following services 1, 1A, 3, 3A, 15, 15B.
7. Incorrect or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
8. The prize is as stated and is not transferable. No cash alternative is available.
9. The winners must participate in any requested publicity.
10. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
