Customers First sessions are part of our dedication to provide you, our customers, with excellent customer service.

We wish to thank everybody who attended one of our sessions recently or posted a feedback form to us to discuss their concerns and ideas. All the feedback we received is currently being used by our teams to help us improve the level of customer service you receive.

These sessions have opened some very positive two-way communication with our customers, which we would like to continue as we rely on your feedback to tell us how we are performing as your bus service provider.

Our next step will be to launch ongoing customer surveys, so you can send us your feedback and ideas at a time that suits you. In addition to these surveys our customers can provide us with feedback by contacting our Careline on 08457 88 11 55 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
