School Bus Drivers - Part Time and Full time

We have part time driving vacancies at our Bolton, Bury and Wigan Depots and full time driving vacancies at our Oldham, Queens Road and Dukinfield Depots. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with customers to join our organisation.

This is a highly responsible role for somebody who enjoys providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of First and will be responsible for delivering a reliable, punctual and safe service.

Your role will include checking the condition of your vehicle, offering customers the most cost effective fares and working in the local community.

A PCV licence is not essential because we will provide you with all the training you will need. The most important qualities are your professional approach and friendly manner.

Applicants for bus driving vacancies should normally be 21 years of age or over, in general good health, hold a full ordinary driving licence or PCV licence, and be free from any material convictions. Driving licences should have no more than 3 penalty points at the time of application. Pre-employment procedures will include drug screening, medical assessment, the enhanced criminal records bureau checks, and references.
