Withdrawal of issuing free concessionary tickets

With effect from Sunday 30 August, the issuing of the free concessionary paper tickets after 9.30am Monday to Friday and all weekend/bank holidays, will be withdrawn.

This will allow speedier boarding and reduce litter on vehicles promoting a greener environment through the requirement of fewer ticket rolls.

In future, a paper ticket will no longer be issued, however, the drivers will simply record the use of your pass on the on-board ticket machine.
