Transform – Our vision to be the best bus company in Britain.


Transform is the name of our continuous improvement launched in 2006.  The key message is that with a series of core initiatives acting as building blocks, step changes can be achieved that will lead within three years to ultra satisfied customers, staff, partners and stakeholders.  With all our people on board for the challenge, the end results can be delivered sooner.


During 2005 we refocused the operational and commercial elements of our company structure with a series of internal briefings for managers and staff and better communications between depot and front line staff.


We also introduced a continuous rolling schedule of punctuality improvement plans (PIP) as a way of continually improving our service.


A flexible resource of inspectors and supervisors was introduced based at key points (city centre bus stations and out on route).


Our partnership-working objectives were also refreshed to help improve the delivery of our service.
