National Express says that Firsts Travelshop in Hanley is the best in all Firsts UK network of 20 shops and has awarded it the prestigious title of ‘FirstGroup Agent of the Year 2008.

Its not the first occasion that National Express has publicly acknowledged the excellent service provided by the Hanley team. In 2008 the shop received an ‘Achieving Excellence award.

The Hanley Travelshop provides coach bookings to over 1000 destinations across Britain and is located in the bus station. The team members received the accolade for their excellent product knowledge , consistent sales achievement and overall commitment to providing the best customer service.

As part of the award the team members have won a ‘slap-up meal at a local restaurant and a visit to the Alton Towers Spa for an evening of special pampering.
