First sets out to delight customers in Northfield

Bus operator, First in Aberdeen is getting out and about to meet customers in the Northfield area of the city next week as it continues its programme of ‘Delight the Customers roadshows, which began at the start of the year.

Firsts next ‘Delight the Customers roadshow will take place at Byron Square, Northfield between 10am and 2.30pm on Wednesday 22 April, when members of Firsts board of directors as well as managers from across the business will be available to speak directly to customers and residents about bus services in the city.

This is a terrific opportunity for members of public to meet directors and managers from First, ask them questions directly, and complete a customer comment card with feedback and comments.

Each Delight the Roadshow event to date has proved to be a great success and the company hopes that the Northfield event will be just as worthwhile.

George Mair, Managing Director, said: "Our passengers have a vital role to play in helping us plan and development our network of services in the city, so its great to have the opportunity to get out there and speak to them, as well as potential passengers, and thats what Delight the Customers is all about.

"We want to make it as easy as possible for local residents to speak to us directly, so were going out into the heart of local communities throughout the year and Northfield is the next stop on the map.

18th November - North Donside Road, Bridge of Don

15th December - The Academy, City Centre
