Service changes Update 2010

First in Aberdeen will be implementing a series of service changes to our network. These service changes will be implemented on Sunday 21st March 2010. The services that will be amended are noted below.

Service 1/2
Garthdee/Ashwood to Danestone/Auchinyell
Minor timetable changes.

Service 3
Mastrick to Cove
Minor timetable changes.

Service 5
Balnagask to Dubford
Service retained at a 15 minute frequency Monday to Saturday with a 30 minute frequency on Sundays.

Service 9
Unilink - Schoolhill to RGU Campus
No change.

Service 12
Heathryfold to Torry
10 minute frequency all day, Monday to Friday with a 12 minute frequency on Saturdays. 30 minute frequency in the evenings and on Sundays.

Service 13/13A
Scatterburn to Dubford & Footdee
Minor timetable changes.

Service 14
Kingswells to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
Service retained at a 15 minute frequency Monday to Saturday with a 30 minute frequency on Sundays.

Service 16/16A
Springhill to Craigiebuckler/Airyhall
No change.

Service 17
Newhills (Dyce) to Faulds Gate
Afternoon peak will now operate on a 12 minute frequency with other minor timetable changes.

Service 19
Culter to Tillydrone
Minor timetable changes.

Service 20
Hillhead to Marischal College
No change.

Service 21
Dyce to Charleston
12 minute frequency all day Monday to Friday. Saturday service remains at a 12 minute frequency.

Service 23
Sheddocksley to Heathryfold
Minor timetable changes Monday to Friday.

Service 25
Mastrick to City Centre
Service will now operate every 30 minutes via all city centre shopping complexes including Union Square. The service has been extended to operate to Sheddocksley on some journeys Monday to Friday and all journeys on a Saturday.

Service 27
City Centre to Airport
Service will now operate from approximately 0600 until 1830 hours Monday to Friday with all off peak journeys retained.

Service 40
Bridge of Don to Kingswells
No change to this service. Will operate directly between Bridge of Don and Kingswells Park & Ride sites only.

New timetables for all services that are being amended are now available online under the Forthcoming Timetables section and via our city centre Travel Centre.

Passengers are also advised that Fisrt in Aberdeen will be going through a transition period with bus stop information from week commencing Monday 15th March 2010.

Due to forthcoming service changes, many bus stops on key routes will be carrying the new bus stop information from Monday 15th March 2010 onwards.

Passengers are advised to check bus stop information carefully and note that all information is dated accordingly. New information will therefore be dated 21st March 2010.
