A range of design features have been included to our newer vehicles to improve your comfort and safety even more. These include:
- Speed retarder - to prevent vehicle going too fast.
- Kneeling suspension so the bus drops down to pavement level when it stops.
- Specially designed slip resistant flooring.
- Pram and buggy zones.
- Stringent fire retardancy rating for all seating, lighting, floor covering.
- Low floor, entrance - no step as you get on and off the bus.
- Wheelchair bay.
- Easy to grip handrails.
For the comfort and safety of all our customers, First do not permit smoking on any of their vehicles.
Generally we do not allow bicycles on board our buses, unless these fit safely into the luggage rack.
Hazardous or inflammable substances are not allowed on board.
If during the course of your journey with us, you see anything untoward, inform the driver.
