If you’ve lost something on one of our buses then there’s a good chance you’ll be able to reclaim it.

Our lost property service (with the exception of items lost on services operating out of Cumbernauld and Dumbarton depots) is managed at Larkfield depot from 8.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.

All lost property items will be held by First for a maximum period of one month. Lost property enquiries relating to items lost on First buses in Greater Glasgow (except those operating out of Cumbernauld and Dumbardon depots) should be directed to Customer Services on 0141 423 6600. Personal callers are required to call in at the gatehouse at Larkfield Depot, 197 Victoria Road, to collect their lost item.
