Whilst we are proud of the quality of service we provide, we do also recognise that there is always room for improvement and with this in mind, we very much welcome your feedback. We will normally reply within 14 days and please do let us know if that is not the case.

Glasgow has something for everyone and we try to match this diversity with a broad range of bus services. For example, as well as commuter coaches and state of the art air-conditioned buses, we run overnight services for clubbers, concert buses for live events and football buses for football fans. We also hire out our buses for your own personal use. In fact, at First in Glasgow, everything we do is aimed around the need to 'delight the customer.'

For example, did you know:

• We've improved our regular, weekend Nightbus departures with services from the city centre to most areas, for a flat fare of £2.50 after 1am until about 4am. Plus, there are convenient and safe 'Nite-Zone' city centre pick-up points to suit your night out. Find us in Union St, Hope St, Sauchiehall Street and outside the Hamilton Palace nightclub!
• There are excellent value daily, weekly and annual tickets that will unlock the freedom for you to make use of our comprehensive network on a 'hop on, hop off' unlimited basis. Buy your daily or weekly ticket from your friendly driver - it's that simple!
• We run spacious, climate controlled, state of the art, environmentally friendly buses on route 44 (linking Glasgow's Southside with the West End). More individual space for you to read and sleep in comfort if you let us do the driving!
• We pride ourselves as an Employer of Choice and seek to employ the best customer service ambassadors in the business.
• We have a fleet of double deck buses and coaches for hire including a 'White Wedding Fleet' of double decker buses. Some 78% of our fleet will be of the 'low floor' super accessible type by the end of 2010.
• You can now get to/from London every night with our 'Nightflyer' overnight express!
• More than 400,000 passenger journeys are made on our services each day.
• We serve all the major tourist attractions across Greater Glasgow including Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the Burrell Collection.

Other recent initiatives include:-

• The popular 747 service linking the Airport, Southern General, Ikea, Braehead and Renfrew with Partick and Glasgow's Buchanan St Bus station.
• Punctuality better than ever with 95% of our journeys operating to time.
• Frequent services up until after midnight and beyond on most main corridors. Enjoy a drink and catch the bus home!
• An Annual Route Development Plan.
• CCTV fitted buses.
• A 'two pram' policy for buses that are of the low floor type (subject to reason!).
• We attend community meetings when invited.
• We run services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day!
