During the period of 28 June - 25 July 2009, First in Glasgow operated 99.7% of all scheduled mileage. Some 80% of the mileage not operated is directly attributable to traffic congestion.

Punctuality

First in Glasgow aims to meet the Traffic Commissioner's target that 95% of journeys depart from their starting points within a window of 'no more than one minute early/five minutes late'.

This is a particularly demanding target that often proves difficult for bus operators to meet. However it is one that First in Glasgow are committed to taking every reasonable step to meet.

Between the period of 28 June - 25 July 2009, First in Glasgow produced reliability results of 95.2%.
