Terms and Conditions: End of Term Magazine, Buzz Ticket Registration Prize Draw

Terms and conditions for the prize draw featured in the December 2009 edition of 'End of Term' magazine are detailed below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date for entries is 31/01/2010 and entries must be made between 01/12/2009 and the closing date to be valid for entry.
2. Entries must state 'End of Term' in the subject field of the registration page accessed through www.firstgroup.com/thebuzz to be a valid entry.
3. There is one prize in total consisting of a £50 voucher redeemable at Topshop.
4. The promotion is not open to employees of FirstGroup plc, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
5. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions or any other causes outwith First in Glasgow's control.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 15/02/2010. The winner is required to accept the prize within 1 week of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, First will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
8. Winners will be required to take part in promotional activity.
