First Cymru carries around 20 million passengers a year on a network of routes in South & West Wales, serving Bridgend County, Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and South Pembrokeshire.
Generally, routes comprise high frequency urban and interurban bus services using modern easy access buses. These are complemented by the popular fast Swansea to Cardiff 'Greyhound' coach service.
The company employs almost 1000 staff and has a fleet of around 350 vehicles. First Cymru works closely with local authorities throughout the area to ensure a partnership approach to the planning and development of new services and to attend to issues of social inclusion.
