If you think you have left an item on one of our buses, in the first instance please contact our Customer Services helpline.

You will then be redirected to someone who can help at the appropriate local depot.

It would be helpful if you could have the following information available:

  • Time and date of travel.
  • Bus service number.
  • Place where you got off the bus.

Lost property is held for one calendar month from the date of its loss, unless the item is perishable.
