To make a claim on our customer promise, simply complete this claim form and click submit. Then, print out the complete form showing your unique reference number and send it to us at the FREEPOST address shown, enclosing your tickets.
If you have a multi-journey ticket (e.g. FirstWeek, Travelmaster) please don't send your form & ticket until your ticket has expired.
