Did you know? Thousands of items are left on our buses each year!

If you've lost something on one of our buses then there's a good chance you'll be able to reclaim it.

Our lost property service is managed from our Rotherham office. If you believe you have lost an item of property on one of our vehicles, call our Customer Services team between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays) on 01709 566000, who can advise you.

If we have your property, we will help you reclaim it and guide you to the First location for you to collect. Details of our offices are below.

All lost property items will be held by First for a maximum period of one month. Perishable items – usually food – are retained for a shorter period.

Sheffield Lost property can be collected, when advised, from our office in Sheffield City Centre at Sheffield Interchange (Pond Street). Postcode - S1 2PD
Rotherham Lost property can be collected, when advised, from our office in Rotherham Town Centre at our Ceres offices on Effingham Square, just behind Rotherham Interchange. Postcode - S65 1AP.
Doncaster Lost property can be collected, when advised, from our office in Doncaster Town Centre at our Duke Street offices, opposite the Colonades Centre. Postcode - DN1 3EB
