More space and comfort aboard route 190

Double-deck buses will gradually be introduced to the 190 from 29 August.

These vehicles will give passengers more space and improved comfort. Their introduction means that unfortunately route 190 will longer be able to operate along Plough Lane (due to overhanging trees). Route 152 will be diverted to serve bus stops in Plough Lane and Bean Oak Road instead.

Route 190 will now operate along more of London Road, Wokingham serving the stop at the Three Frogs. This bus stop is just a short walk from Bean Oak Road (a footpath links Harnor Close with London Road).
