Our Customers

Our customers are extremely important to us and we strive to deliver excellent customer service. We welcome all comments and complaints about our performance and identify areas for improvement.

We are undertaking a number of initiatives in 2008 to improve our customer service and work more closely with customers:

  • All our Travel Shop staff will receive new customer service training
  • Launch a Customer Charter – outlining our commitments to you
  • New Customer Code of Practice
  • Expanding our Customer Panel Programme
  • We will tell you how we are doing – Reliability and Punctuality statistics will be published on this website every month
