Bristol (Zone 3)

Greater Bristol - Zone 3 covers central Bristol (Zones 1 and 2), Portishead, Nailsea, Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Thornbury.

Unless stated, all tickets are valid on all First bus services in Bristol (Zones 1, 2 and 3) with the exception of Park and Ride Services, Night Flyers, Bristol International Flyer and services operated on behalf of third parties or special events.

For a one-off journey, you need to purchase a single ticket from your driver. Children’s fares are normally around three-quarters of the adult price.  If you’re coming back the same day ask for a return ticket. These offer savings on the price of two singles.

In most cases the fare charged depends on the length of the journey you are making and these are calculated by fare stages on each route.
